Rüdiger Gros has more than 30 years of industry and consulting experience in sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, energy, logistics, construction, healthcare, the public sector, and the nonprofit sector. He has advised companies of various sizes—from SMEs to global corporations—on strategy, organizational, and digitalization issues.

His expertise includes, in particular, the development and implementation of business models, IT and data strategies, as well as software and product development. In over 600 digital projects, he has been responsible for consulting, design, and implementation throughout the entire transformation cycle.

As an entrepreneur, he founded and developed several companies in the fields of consulting, digital transformation, and software development. In addition, he has managed M&A and turnaround situations and held senior positions up to the divisional management level within corporate environments.

His areas of focus include strategy development, innovation, data analytics, and holistic digital transformation consulting.

Dr. Andreas Hoffmeyer has more than 15 years of industry and consulting experience in the automotive, fashion retail, and logistics sectors. He supports companies of all sizes—from small and medium-sized businesses to publicly traded corporations—in strategic and operational transformation initiatives.

His focus lies in the development and implementation of corporate and transformation strategies, organizational development, and the management of complex programs. In doing so, he combines strategic considerations with the capabilities of modern data and AI technologies to achieve sustainable impact on business models, processes, and decisions.

In leadership roles, he has been responsible for numerous digitalization and transformation initiatives, as well as the development of new business areas and data-driven organizational structures. His Ph.D. in augmented reality and factory planning underscores his technological expertise.

In addition to his role as Managing Partner of the EFEXCON GROUP, he serves as a guest lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), is the author of numerous professional articles, and mentors startups.
