Data protection

Our websites are regularly checked for correct compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation DS-GVO. The central element of the regulation is the prevention of the storage of personal data that is undesirable from the consumer’s point of view.

The European Data Protection Regulation, which comes into force on 25.05.2018, strengthens the right of consumers to prevent the unwanted use of personal data. In particular, this also serves to protect against annoying calls, SPAM, unsolicited advertising and the unauthorized disclosure of personal data to third parties. However, this justified and sensible reorganization of data protection laws does not call into question the lawful processing of data without consent.

The possibilities of interaction provided on our websites are basically for general information purposes, for initiating business with interested parties or existing business partners or for providing contractual services to existing business partners.

Data storage with explicit consent
Should situations arise on our websites or in business dealings in which the constellation requires the storage of personal data that is particularly worthy of protection, we will transparently point out the scope and intended use of the data.

The data subject can freely decide on his or her consent at any time. If the data subject consents to the storage, he or she can revoke the storage at any time if this does not violate the law or the basic purpose of the consented data use.

Confidentiality (Non Disclosure Agreement)
As a matter of principle, we do not disclose any data, business secrets or non-public information to third parties.
